Evergreen Sequoia Maintenance
Equinox provides monthly updates to all Evergreen ILS systems that are hosted on our Sequoia platform.  The updates include feature and security patches to ensure that your Evergreen system has the most up to date features and fixes.  Maintenance is typically performed on the third Wednesday of the month starting at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, and does not require any down-time or special scheduling.

Test systems will be updated a month before production systems to allow for testing the new features and patches before your library starts using them in production.

Maintenance notes that describe the updates included in each monthly update are linked below.  Bugfixes that were previously included in prior maintenance updates but that are not yet present in the community release will be retained.  Each monthly document just lists the new fixes.  Please locate the notes for the version of Evergreen that your library is using.   For a reminder of the current version of Evergreen running on your system sign in to the web staff client, click the menu in the upper right, and choose About.
